We will send you a notification of renewal 30 days before your access validity expires. To renew your license, you will need to reconfirm your eligibility by updating your profile in the portal and validate your email too.
You can download & install Bentley Products using your access on multiple devices as necessary. However you can only use your unique email ID on one device at a time.

Yes. Educators and Institute administrators who confirm their eligibility can download and install the software on multiple machines. However you can only use your unique email ID on one device at a time.
Students, educators and lab administrators may login either by using their institutional email ID or alternative email ID. Please watch the video here

The Bentley Education Program provides eligible students and educators with complimentary access to educational licenses for Bentley products, learning, engagement and Career Guidance.
All students enrolled in and educators employed at qualified educational institutions are eligible to the complimentary software download. To begin you need to register/log in and update your Profile in the My Dashboard.
